Sept. 3 - 6, 2016 (4D3N):  Leg 1 of our honeymoon in Greece.  We flew Turkish Airlines into Athens with a short connection Istanbul.  Turkish Airlines offers the best rate for its Business class.  We then flew a small propeller plan from Olympia Air to Milos.  Our journey was Milos - Folegandros - Santorini - Athens.  Milos had so many unique and beautiful beaches.  The whole island never got too crowded and it was very easy to visit multiple beaches in one day.

Day 1

• Evening flight to Milos from Athens
• Transfer to Thalassitra village hotel* from airport
• Walk around Adamas & Dinner @ Marianna

Day 2

• Breakfast @ hotel
• Drive around the island (choose the beach depending on which way the wind is blowing):
  • Tsigrado Beach* (southern coast)
  • Firiplaka Beach* (southern coast)
  • Grab gyro from Adamas town
  • Sarakiniko Beach*
  • Catacombs of Milos (€4)
  • Ancient Roman Theatre – Milos* (free)
  • Watch sunset at Klima (small fishing village)
  • Drinks @ Astakas
• Dinner @ Trapatselis* and walk around Adamas

Day 3

• 9:30am – 7:30pm: Thalassitra Sail boat* from Palaiochori to Kleftiko beach (€55, southern coast – western coast - Adamas)
• Dinner @ Armenaki* in Pollonia

Day 4

• 10:20-11:20am: Seajets to Folegandros ( €38.60)

Tips

• You need to rent a car in order to visit various beaches on the island, coordinate via your hotel.
• Greeks tend to eat late so you can find restaurants open late in the hour
• Definitely take the boat tour out to the Kleftiko beach, it is beautiful!!
